I was looking for a place that carried ZO Skin Health products based on a friend’s recommendation and found this place on a Sunday. Less than 12 hours, I had an appointment with Krystal for a facial using ZO products! Krystal is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the facial and full skincare regimen. My skin felt amazing immediately, and after just a week of using the products, I’m already seeing results. My face feels hydrated, refreshed, and healthy. The regimen felt overwhelming at first, but Krystal went above and beyond by texting me the step-by-step routine the very next day. Exceptional service and care. I can’t wait to go back for another facial! Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at faceIQ, from the moment I walked in! Jenn was kind, caring and thorough. She explained the anatomy of the face and neck and why we age the way we do. Jenn and Krystal are knowledgeable about anything that has to do with skin. They take the time to learn who you are as a person and recommend treatments based on what they know will help you keep your skin looking amazing. I was thrilled to hear her say she drives halfway across the state to do all of her injections at Face IQ. I already felt it was the best in the business, but that was so reassuring and I felt so lucky that We have this talent right here in Monument !!! Krystal’s facials are phenomenal. The Fire and Ice is absolutely amazing and you will walk out glowing. There’s a reason they call it the Hollywood red carpet Facial and she delivers the best results and knows so much about skin care it will blow your mind.

This is BAR NONE THE BEST MED SPA I have ever been to and I have tried quite a few before I finally landed here…💜 From the moment I walk in, I feel so comfortable and welcome. All the women here are such beautiful people both inside and out. Jenn is by far the most knowledgeable, empowering, experienced injector I have ever met. During the consult, she takes the time to really get to know you and strives to give you the very best results based on the goals you are trying to achieve. There is no pressure whatsoever and truly she is an artist and has an eye for facial symmetry like I’ve never seen before. In fact, at their annual holiday event, one of the product reps that covers the entire state of Colorado told me she drives halfway across the state so that Jennifer can do all of her injections. It was so reassuring to hear that as obviously she knows them all and I thought how lucky we are to have this talent right here in Monument!! This will be my forever home for all things beauty related. I’m especially thrilled about the facial balancing package, which truly has made me look and feel 10 years younger. I recently lost 85 pounds and my face took such a toll and looked so hollow but no more thanks to the talent at Face IQ. I saw a friend in my neighborhood last week that I haven’t seen in ages and she literally said “Ashley you look fabulous. You’re thinner and look so much younger please share what you’re doing!!!” 😊 The aesthetician, Krystal, is an extremely knowledgeable aesthetician, and she gives the best facial ever. I’ve had hundreds of facials in my life throughout the country and hers will leave you with the most radiant glow you’ve ever seen. The fire and Ice is my very favorite….There’s a reason they call it the Hollywood red carpet facial. She will tell you the truth about which product lines are right for you and knows so much about skincare it will blow your mind! Both Krysal and Jenn have a very gentle touch and they always follow up to make sure I’m happy with the results.
