FaceIQ is a clean medpsa located in the YMCA in Monument. Super easy to find and the office is adorable. I made a consultation with Jen earlier this year to see about first time lip filler. Jen is very kind and takes the time to really get to know what you want and explain everything in great detail. I have a smaller lip anatomy and the shape of my lips are harder to inject. She was honest with me about expectations for my anatomy and went over all the complications that could happen. This is what separates a good injector from a GREAT injector...full disclosure. Even though I did wind up with complications, she knew just what to do and has been persistent and extremely patient in making sure we slowly but surely get the outcome I want and exactly what I paid for. She has gone above and beyond for me! I also had my first Jeuveau injections with Jen and she was conservative with dosing at my request and I am enjoying those results. I am looking forward to receiving aesthetic treatment from Krystal soon, as well.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Krystal is hands down, the most professional, kind and experienced professional I have met in a long time. I had the Honey Enzyme Facial. I didn’t know my skin could even look that good. I already have my next one scheduled. Krystal is absolutely an amazing person. The entire staff is truly 5 stars!

Jenn is the absolute best injector hands down ! Literally, I would put her up against anybody. Her work is flawless and the outcome is so beautiful. I did the CO2, laser, filler and tox With her and could not be happier. I have been to other places only to be disappointed time and time again and spent countless hours to finally find her. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. Lol she is the very best. Colorado is so lucky to have her.!!!

I am so thankful I came across FaceIQ. I have learned so much as all the staff is very knowledgeable on different skin types and products. My skin has never been this healthy and glowy! I highly recommend visiting!

This was my first visit and it won’t be my last! From easy booking via text and educating me about the services, it was easy to quickly feel like a person rather than just another appointment. Krystal took that to the next level by offering helpful information about what affects the skin and options to correct without any pressure to do so. The facial and dermaplaning service were very relaxing! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this Med Spa! Jen is the best injector. She knows all of the tips and tricks, and explains the anatomical reasons behind her methods. Krystal is an amazing aesthetician! Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is a wonderful conversationalist! When I left my first appointment with her I felt like I had gained a new friend!

Where do I even start! It’s always hard to find a great medspa. Period. I struggled for years finding a place in town. I can confidently say, STOP LOOKING! FaceIQ is it!!! Jennifer is the most talented injector I’ve ever met. Her skill set and knowledge is one word: impressive. Jenn explains in detail the procedure, facial anatomy and reasoning. And the best part, she’s the most gentle injector, ever! It’s hard to find someone that genuinely listens to your concerns and she always makes sure you’re happy with your results. I also have to say that their Laser Powerhouse, Joe, is gold. First time doing a CO2 and it was such a great experience. Again, the knowledge, skill, and professionalism is 5 stars! Anddd, if you need a facial, Krystal is amazing! I fall asleep every, single time! If you’ve been thinking about it, just book a consult! You’re going to fall in love. I promise!!!
